Inside, the ground floor boasts an inviting hallway that leads to a generously sized sitting room, designed to comfortably seat all 17 guests. Equipped with cozy sofas, a TV, a DVD player, and a log burner, it creates a warm atmosphere for relaxation. The kitchen and breakfast room is equally impressive, featuring a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, and a dining table that accommodates up to 16 people, along with another log burner for added comfort. A convenient downstairs cloakroom and utility area complete the ground floor layout.
On the first floor, guests will find a master bedroom that sleeps three, featuring a double bed, a single bed, and an en-suite shower room, along with a family room that can accommodate four guests. There are also twin and double rooms, with a family bathroom equipped with a jacuzzi bath and a separate shower. The second floor hosts an attic family bedroom, which can sleep six, offering two double beds and two single beds, along with an en-suite bathroom for added convenience.
Outside, the terrace is perfect for gatherings, equipped with seating for 16 and a coal BBQ, although guests will need to provide their own coal. The property also includes Wi-Fi, central heating, and hairdryers, with logs provided for the log burners. For families traveling with young children, two cots are available upon request. While the property cannot accommodate stag groups, it allows pets with an additional fee. Guests have the unique opportunity to interact with horses on-site, with livery options available nearby. A security deposit of £500 is required upon booking, and the area offers various cultural attractions and shopping opportunities for an enriching stay.
