To ensure the property is protected during bookings, a £250 damage deposit or a £25 accidental damage waiver is required from guests.
Guests have complete access to the property, with a secure entry system via a door code provided before arrival. Free on-street parking is available nearby, and up to three well-behaved dogs are welcome, making it a pet-friendly option for travelers.
