Upon entering the estate, guests are greeted by a spacious entrance hall that leads to various areas of the home. To the left, stairs ascend to the first floor, while the right side opens to a back hall equipped with a downstairs toilet and a designated area for pets. The sitting room and kitchen are also easily accessible from this hall. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including a Tassimo coffee machine, and features a large breakfast table that comfortably seats ten. Adjacent to the kitchen is a conservatory and a generous garden, which includes seating for twelve and a tennis court, providing ample opportunities for outdoor recreation.
Inside, the grand dining hall can accommodate 14 guests, with an additional table for three, and leads into a drawing room filled with games for entertainment. The upstairs area includes various bedrooms, such as the king-sized Oak bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a family bathroom featuring both a bath and a separate shower. Additional bedrooms include Juniper, Ash, Cherry, Holly, Larch, and Maple, each thoughtfully designed to cater to different guest needs, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone.
Guests have full access to the estate, with the exception of a few locked storage cupboards. The property enforces a maximum of two pets per booking, with specific rules that prohibit pets from bedrooms and furniture, ensuring cleanliness and comfort for all guests. The estate is also protected by a Deposit Guarantee and Guest Guarantee through SUPERHOG, which requires verification upon booking.
