To the left, stairs ascend to the first floor, while the right side opens to a back hall equipped with a downstairs toilet and a designated area for pets. The sitting room and kitchen are also easily accessible from this hall. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including a Tassimo coffee machine, and features a large breakfast table that comfortably seats ten. Adjacent to the kitchen is a conservatory and a generous garden, which includes seating for twelve and a tennis court, providing ample opportunities for outdoor recreation.
