To the right, a cozy boot room with a toilet offers practicality, while straight ahead lies a generous L-shaped sitting room, complete with a selection of books and a real open fireplace that creates a warm ambiance. The left side of the entrance leads to a large, open-plan kitchen, equipped with modern appliances including a fridge freezer, gas hob, double oven, and dishwasher, complemented by a wide range of cooking utensils and dinnerware. The kitchen's design features enormous sliding pocket doors that open onto the garden, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.
The master suite, located behind the kitchen, boasts a luxurious double-ended bath positioned by the window and an ensuite wet room-style shower.
