As guests arrive, they are greeted by a tree-lined drive that leads to the grand entrance hall, featuring a striking fireplace and an oak-panelled staircase. The property boasts two spacious lounge rooms, both filled with natural light and comfortable seating arrangements, perfect for relaxation. The first lounge includes a working fireplace, while the second offers a TV and games console. The heart of the home is the impressive lounge/kitchen/diner, designed for social gatherings. With a vaulted ceiling and expansive bi-fold doors that open to the garden, this area is ideal for enjoying meals and drinks together, featuring a large dining table for twelve, breakfast bar seating, and a high-spec kitchen equipped with modern appliances.
On the first floor, guests will find six beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with thoughtful details and high-quality finishes. The accommodations include two king-size rooms with en suite bathrooms, two additional king-size rooms, and two family rooms designed for convenience and comfort. The family rooms feature a twin bed with a mezzanine double bed and a bunk room with a double bed above, both equipped with en suite shower rooms. A main bathroom with a shower over bath and a separate ground floor WC further enhances guest comfort.
The outdoor space is equally impressive, offering seven acres of gardens for relaxation and play. Guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool, complete with a pool house (available from April to September), as well as an outdoor dining area and a pizza oven. For children, there is a climbing frame and a table tennis setup in a decked courtyard. The patio area outside the kitchen features garden furniture, a gas BBQ, and a firepit, creating a perfect setting for outdoor entertaining.
