Surrounding the property is a vast enclosed garden, complete with play equipment such as a trampoline, ensuring that children have ample space to play while adults can enjoy the stunning views of the open farmland.
The accommodations are thoughtfully designed, comprising three distinct units: Unit 1 sleeps 7 with a king bed, a twin, and a triple room; Unit 2 accommodates 5 with a double and another double with a single bed; and Unit 3, which sleeps 4, features a double and a bunk bed. Each unit includes a kitchen/diner/living room, with Units 1 and 2 offering two bathrooms or shower rooms. Notably, Unit 1 has a ground floor twin room equipped with a wheelchair-accessible shower room, catering to guests with mobility needs.
Guests will find the kitchens well-equipped with modern utilities including dishwashers, microwaves, and coffee machines, ensuring a convenient cooking experience. For entertainment, each unit is fitted with TVs and DVD players. Families are also catered for with the availability of a stairgate, cot, and highchair upon request, although guests are advised to bring their own cot bedding. Each cottage features its own patio area, while a large shared garden with BBQ facilities and a play area provides additional outdoor enjoyment.
Additional amenities include ample parking, Wi-Fi access, bed linen, towels, hairdryers, and a shared laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers. A welcome pack awaits guests upon arrival, featuring homemade cakes and essentials like coffee, tea, milk, and sugar. Please note that this property does not allow pets and is a smoke-free environment. Guests may also be required to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Waiver prior to their stay. The location is perfect for exploring the natural beauty of the Lleyn Peninsula, with nearby attractions including Plas-yn-Rhiw and Plas Glyn y Weddw.
