The property is set slightly elevated, providing breathtaking views of the valley, the Artro River estuary, and Pensarn Harbour, all of which can be reached in under ten minutes on foot. With ample space, it accommodates up to 15 guests across seven generously sized bedrooms, each featuring en-suite facilities, making it an ideal choice for family gatherings or trips with friends.
The interior of Pensarn Hall boasts a spacious drawing room with a woodburner, perfect for relaxation and socializing. The elegant dining room can comfortably seat 16 guests and features an open fire, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for meals. After enjoying dinner, guests can transform the dining table into a ¾ size Victorian slate bed snooker table for some friendly competition. Alternatively, they can unwind in the library, which also has a woodburner, or in the conservatory that overlooks the beautifully maintained gardens.
This property retains many of its original Victorian features, adding to its charm and character. Guests will find a wood-panelled Minton tiled hallway, original servant bells, intricate architraves, cornices, sash windows with lead lights, and even a uniquely decorated Victorian Thunderbox toilet. The extensive grounds surrounding Pensarn Hall include secret gardens, a games lawn for croquet, and numerous shaded seating areas, providing plenty of opportunities to relax and soak in the serene countryside. Visitors might even catch a glimpse of a steam train traveling along the local line between Barmouth and Harlech.
