The area is rich in outdoor opportunities, with numerous walking and cycling trails, nature reserves, and the famous Fife coastal path, which boasts stunning sandy beaches for exploration.

Upon entering the country house, guests are greeted by a vestibule that leads into a spacious hallway, showcasing the home’s beautiful period features. The bright and airy lounge, equipped with a TV, serves as an inviting space for relaxation after a day of adventure. Adjacent to the lounge is a generous dining room, perfect for family gatherings and shared meals. The well-appointed kitchen features a large central dining area, an electric range oven, two fridges, a freezer, a microwave, and a dishwasher, catering to all culinary needs. The ground floor also includes a stylish shower room, a snug with a wood burner for cozy evenings, a bunk bedroom accessible by a steep staircase, and a charming single bedroom with an exposed stone wall.

Ascending the stairs, guests will discover five exquisitely decorated bedrooms. The highlight is a spacious super king-size room, which can be configured as a twin upon request and includes additional bunk beds and an en suite shower room. Complementing this are a lovely king-size bedroom and three additional super king-size rooms, all of which can also be arranged as twins if desired. One of these rooms features an en suite shower room, while a shared bathroom with a bath, separate shower cubicle, and WC completes the upstairs accommodations. This layout is ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and privacy during their stay.

Outside, the property boasts large mature gardens, complete with a seating area and a gas BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying peaceful evenings under the stars.
