Red Stag Lodge, located in the picturesque village of Little Massingham, Norfolk, is the largest of three luxurious barns within the Hill Farm Massingham Estate, which dates back to the 1880s. This exquisite property accommodates up to 14 guests and is ideally situated near the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Guests can enjoy the local charm, including a celebrated gastro-pub, seven duck ponds, and village stores offering locally sourced produce, all just a short stroll away. The lodge is designed for comfort and elegance, featuring opulent yet cozy open-plan living spaces equipped with modern amenities, including a tennis court, pétanque court, an indoor swimming pool with sensational LED lighting, and a sauna.

One of the most enchanting aspects of Red Stag Lodge is its stunning views and the presence of a tame herd of hand-fed breeding deer that gracefully roam the estate. In addition to Red Stag Lodge, the other two barns—Fallow Folly, which sleeps seven, and The Owl House, which accommodates ten—can be booked individually or in combination, allowing up to 31 guests to enjoy the estate together. It is important to note that dogs must be kept on leads due to the roaming deer, and upon arrival, guests will be required to sign a Declaration/Disclaimer regarding the use of the pool, sauna, lake, and general property rules. The lodge also benefits from a private water supply, ensuring a comfortable stay for all visitors.
