There are plenty of walking opportunities straight from the door or along the nearby Glyndwr's Way, Cistercian Way and Offa's Dyke long distance trails. The nearby reservoirs of the stunning Elan Valley are popular for fishing, cycling and picnicking, whilst the Victorian spa town of LLandrindod Wells has a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. Whether you want a relaxing or action packed holiday, this is the perfect location for a memorable holiday at any time of the year. On entering you will find yourself in a spacious entrance hallway which leads you into this delightful property with its quirky layout. You will find the large lounge with comfy seating and TV. Also on the ground floor is the first of the six bedrooms, a spacious double with two extra single beds and an en suite shower and WC. Going up to the first floor you will find the impressive light filled dining room, with its perfectly placed dining table to take in those impressive views as well as a fabulous wood burner, TV and comfy armchairs for a perfect cosy spot to relax. An interesting feature of this room is the large archway through to the well equipped kitchen which caters for all your needs with a stylish electric Range oven and hob, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, alongside the thoughtful little extras which makes this a delightful space to prepare a meal. The nearby utility room has a washing machine and freezer along with a separate WC, a great space for throwing off those muddy boots. Also on the first floor you will find three bedrooms, one double with en suite shower and WC, a twin room with en suite, a further twin room, as well as the main bathroom which has a bath, separate shower and WC. Heading up to the second floor you will find two further bedrooms a double and a twin, along with a shower room with shower and WC. Head outside to the lovely lawned garden and patio which is accessed from the first floor of the property, here you can enjoy a spot of al fresco dining with charcoal BBQ and patio furniture. There is also a private hot tub. From here a slope takes you down to the parking area with ample private parking for six cars. Please note this property has a private water supply.
