Welcome to our charming house located in Inverness, Highland, Scotland, designed to accommodate up to 14 guests with its six thoughtfully furnished bedrooms. We aim to provide a home-like experience for all our visitors, ensuring that every amenity is available for a comfortable stay. The self-catering nature of the house allows guests to prepare meals in a fully equipped kitchen featuring essential appliances such as a fridge, hob, oven, kettle, freezer, and microwave. For relaxation, the house offers a cozy living space with a television and internet access, making it an ideal retreat after a day of exploration.
The sleeping arrangements are versatile, with a combination of beds to suit different group sizes and preferences. The first bedroom includes a double bed, while the next three bedrooms each contain king beds, providing ample space for couples or individuals. The fifth bedroom is particularly accommodating, featuring both a king bed and two single beds, making it perfect for families or larger groups. The sixth bedroom offers two single beds, catering to additional guests. In total, there are six bathrooms equipped with modern amenities, including walk-in showers, ensuring convenience for all guests. Fresh linen and towels are provided, enhancing the comfort of your stay.

Shopping facilities are conveniently located, with an Asda Supermarket just a 10-minute walk away and a small off-licence only 2 minutes from the property. For those seeking entertainment, indoor bowling and go-kart facilities are also nearby, providing fun activities for guests of all ages.
To ensure a pleasant stay, we have established a few house rules: check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM, smoking is not permitted, and pets are not allowed on the premises. On-site parking is available for guests traveling by car. The natural beauty of the area can be appreciated at the Merkinch Local Nature Reserve, while attractions like the Inverness Botanic Gardens and various family-friendly activities, such as Wildwoodz Paintball and Lasertag Park, provide ample opportunities for adventure and enjoyment.
