Upon entering the property, visitors are greeted by a welcoming medieval entrance hall that leads into a large farmhouse kitchen, equipped with a Rayburn, range cooker, fridge/freezer, and microwave, complemented by a dining area. A separate utility room houses essential appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The property features two inviting lounges. The first lounge, accessible via a step up, is equipped with a TV, DVD player, and a cozy wood burner, with patio doors that open into the garden. The second lounge also includes a TV, DVD player, and wood burner, with the first basket of logs provided for guests' convenience.

Designed with accessibility in mind, the property includes a spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower and WC, ideal for elderly guests or those requiring additional support. The accommodation comprises a large king-size bedroom with a quiet seating area on the ground floor, while the remaining bedrooms are situated upstairs, accessible by two staircases. One staircase leads to a family room featuring both a king-size and a single bed, a twin room, and another king-size room with an en suite bath and shower. The second staircase leads to the master bedroom, which boasts an en suite bathroom with a shower over a P bath, along with a further twin room.

Outside, guests can unwind in the private hot tub or enjoy al fresco dining on the patio, making the most of the tranquil surroundings.
