Nestled at the end of a private loke, the property offers stunning views over Barrow Common, and is conveniently situated within walking distance of the harbor, beach, coastal path, shops, and two excellent pub/restaurants. Its serene setting and proximity to the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty make it an ideal getaway.

The interior of West Heath is modern and high-tech, featuring three beautifully appointed bedrooms and three bathrooms in the main house, as well as two additional bedrooms in a garden pod and a studio apartment known as 'The Siding.' The open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting room serve as the heart of the home, perfect for social gatherings and culinary adventures, especially with fresh seafood and local produce readily available. The kitchen is equipped with contemporary amenities, including a Quooker boiling water tap, and the living area provides a cozy atmosphere with a wood-burning stove for winter evenings and bi-fold doors leading to a sun-soaked terrace for summer enjoyment.

The property boasts a well-maintained, south-west facing garden with a large lawn, making it perfect for family activities and games. Its layout allows for both communal gatherings and private moments, catering to multi-generational families or groups of friends traveling together. The abundance of single beds offers versatility for sleeping arrangements, while the independent accommodation provides additional privacy. West Heath is equally suited for smaller families seeking space and comfort.

Guests will find themselves just a short distance from the harbor and two family-friendly dining options: the Jolly Sailors pub/restaurant, known for its ice cream hut, and The White Horse pub/restaurant, which offers meals on a terrace overlooking the marsh. The property encourages a car-free experience, allowing visitors to fully enjoy the local amenities on foot. West Heath can also be booked as a smaller option, accommodating 10 guests without The Siding. For pet owners, two well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional charge, although they are not permitted in The Siding. Essential items such as bedding and travel cots are available upon request, though a starter pack or welcome hamper is not provided.
