This elegant property, which once held the title of Scotland's prettiest house, is set within seven acres of mature garden grounds on the outskirts of Ayr. Its prime location provides easy access to stunning beaches, renowned golf courses, and various attractions, including Culzean Castle and the historic sites associated with Robert Burns. The manor is beautifully decorated for the festive season, featuring several Christmas trees, and even includes a helicopter landing pad for added convenience.

The accommodation at Petite Chateau is designed to comfortably host up to 12 guests, featuring five spacious bedrooms, each equipped with en-suite bathrooms and offering lovely garden views. The manor is family-friendly, providing two cots and highchairs upon request for guests traveling with small children. The interior boasts a beautiful dining room with a bay window and an open coal fire, along with a country-style kitchen that includes a central island and a cream Aga. Additionally, the garden room offers panoramic views of the grounds, while the living room serves as an impressive entertaining space complete with a bar and an open fire.

In terms of amenities, the property features a BBQ cabin that can accommodate up to 21 guests, providing an ideal setting for outdoor dining.
