For those seeking leisurely activities, the Norfolk Broads provide a perfect setting for boating, while National Trust properties like Sutton Hoo, Blickling, and Felbrigg Halls offer historical exploration. Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a traditional kitchen/diner adorned with exposed timber beams and a tiled floor, featuring a Rayburn, electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer. The utility room is practical with dual dishwashers and a washing machine, while a convenient shower room is also located on the ground floor. A spacious lounge with comfortable sofas, a woodburner, and a traditional dining room sets the stage for family gatherings and celebrations.
Accommodations are thoughtfully arranged across two floors, with three king-size bedrooms and a twin bedroom on the first floor, and an additional king-size bedroom and twin bedroom on the second floor. The second floor also features a bathroom with a roll-top bath, hand-held shower, and a separate WC. Outdoor amenities include a large pond, ample off-road parking, an enclosed rear garden with a lawn, Go Karts, table tennis, an outdoor dining area with garden furniture, a large picnic bench for alfresco meals, sun loungers, a BBQ, and, of course, the inviting hot tub, making it an ideal retreat for families and friends alike.
