The townhouse spans four floors, beginning with a grand entrance that leads into a spacious hallway adorned with a piano and elegant furnishings. The expansive sitting room features two distinct seating areas, each enhanced by rich dark tones and charming cast iron effect gas fireplaces. Guests can relax in front of the TV or retreat to the smaller area for a quiet reading session. The ground floor also includes a delightful zip and link twin bedroom, which can be converted into a super king size bed upon request, along with a bright and modern shower room.
On the first floor, visitors will find a farmhouse-style kitchen offering stunning views of Skiddaw from the Belfast sink. Equipped with a Range cooker and ample dining space, this kitchen is perfect for preparing meals. The dining room features a large table and a cozy window seat, while the room also provides entertainment options, including a TV and a pool table. A welcoming double bedroom with soft colors and an en suite shower room completes this level. The second floor houses three twin bedrooms, which can also be configured into super king size beds if requested. A spacious bathroom with a stylish brick effect wall, along with an additional shower room, ensures guests have plenty of facilities to enjoy.
The third floor features a spacious twin attic bedroom that boasts a separate sitting area with a TV and sofa, offering some of the best views in the house overlooking the town and surrounding fells. Outside, guests can take advantage of a utility room with laundry facilities, allowing them to clean up after outdoor adventures. The enclosed garden, complete with a lawn, beautiful plants, and garden furniture, is perfect for alfresco dining, especially with a BBQ available for summer cookouts. Parking is provided for one car at the rear of the property, with additional unrestricted roadside parking available nearby, ensuring convenience for all guests.
