The spacious dining room features a large table that can accommodate twelve, along with Welsh dressers and a piano for guests to enjoy. An archway connects this room to a second lounge, which offers comfortable sofas for unwinding. The kitchen is well-appointed with freestanding units, a Range-style cooker, fridge, and dishwasher, making it ideal for preparing meals. Additionally, a large boot room is available for storing muddy footwear, and it includes a shower room with a WC, a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a second fridge for convenience.
On the first floor, the property contains seven bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort. Three double bedrooms feature en-suite cubicles with shower, sink, and WC, while a twin bedroom also includes a small en-suite. Two single bedrooms and an additional double bedroom come with handy sinks. Guests have access to a family bathroom with a bath, sink, and WC, as well as a family shower room. Outside, the property boasts a front patio garden with seating and a BBQ, off-road parking for up to six cars, and a bicycle rack that accommodates nine bikes, making it a perfect retreat for families or groups looking to explore the beauty of the Lake District.
