The dining room, adorned with exposed stonework and beams, features a massive farmhouse table perfect for family gatherings, while the lounge area offers a Smart TV, cozy sofas, and a wood burner, ideal for chilly evenings.
Upstairs, the property accommodates three additional bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and an en suite shower room, another king-size bedroom, and a bunk bedroom. A luxurious bathroom with a freestanding slipper bath, separate shower, and WC enhances the comfort of this part of the house. A bright glass walkway leads to a games room, which is equipped with a music system, table tennis, a pool table, and a fully operational bar. Adjacent to this is a cinema room featuring colored mood lighting, a cinema screen TV, and comfortable seating, making it an excellent entertainment space for both adults and children. Two more king-size bedrooms with en suite shower rooms are also located in this converted area, providing additional accommodation options.
Outside, the property boasts a spacious garden area with a large terrace adjacent to the farmhouse, complete with comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers, and a fire pit for evening relaxation. A dining table and chairs are available for al fresco meals or barbecues, while a private hot tub offers a perfect spot for stargazing and unwinding. An adjacent paddock area is ideal for outdoor activities, such as ball games and badminton, complemented by a shared climbing frame and swings for children's enjoyment.
