The villa offers breathtaking views of the surrounding beaches and the majestic Snowdonia Mountain range, making it a picturesque getaway. Its front terraced gardens provide a serene setting perfect for alfresco dining or simply enjoying the scenic vistas.
The villa is conveniently situated within walking distance of Llandudno's attractions, including its Victorian pier and promenade, as well as a variety of excellent restaurants. Guests can explore the Great Orme via the tramway to the summit or take a thrilling cable car ride from the nearby artificial ski slope, which also features snowboarding and a toboggan run. With beaches to the east and west, Llandudno serves as an ideal base for day trips into the captivating Snowdonia region, accessible through the Conwy Valley or along the stunning coastline.
Accommodating up to 12 guests, Glain Orme features eight bedrooms spread across the upper floors, ensuring that every guest enjoys sea views. The property includes five bathrooms and four additional WCs, making it suitable for large groups. The ground floor comprises a spacious entrance hall, a library/dining room, a separate lounge equipped with a TV, a breakfast room, and a well-appointed kitchen. Modern amenities such as full central heating, WiFi, and laundry facilities, including two dishwashers and refrigerators, enhance the comfort of the stay.
While parking is limited to three cars on the private driveway, Glain Orme maintains a no-smoking policy and does not accept pets. A refundable damage/good housekeeping bond of £500 is required for bookings, and the property operates with a Friday changeover.
