Upon entering Garth Hill House, guests are welcomed into a serene cul-de-sac, where they can park off-road and step into a contemporary kitchen/diner. This space is thoughtfully designed with modern furnishings and equipped with home-from-home amenities, including a large dining table for shared meals and access to a patio for outdoor dining. The stylish sitting room, featuring a generous corner sofa, countryside views, and a cozy woodburning stove, provides a perfect setting for relaxing evenings, while a utility room caters to the needs of outdoor enthusiasts returning from their adventures.
The lower-ground floor of the house reveals a luxurious super-king-size bedroom, complete with a bathroom and a small kitchenette, alongside a games room equipped with a pool table and folding table football. On the ground floor, guests will find additional bedrooms, including another super-king-size and a king-size with an ensuite shower room, as well as a twin room serviced by a bathroom. The first floor houses three more bedrooms, all with ensuites, and a work-from-home space in the hallway, accommodating various sleeping arrangements thanks to the flexibility of zip/link beds.
