This property is ideally situated close to the city center, offering easy access to local attractions while providing a serene retreat with a fully enclosed garden, ensuring privacy for guests. The house features free parking right outside the front door, making it convenient for those traveling by car. The outdoor space includes a grassed area and a decked gazebo, perfect for gatherings, equipped with seating for at least 12 guests and a BBQ for those sunny days.
The interior of the house is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and comfort, featuring high-quality amenities to enhance your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for both short and long visits, complete with champagne glasses for special occasions. Entertainment options abound, with a flat-screen TV and high-speed Fibre optic Wi-Fi available throughout the property, including in the main lounge, which also offers Virgin/cable TV. Each of the six bedrooms is fitted with its own flat-screen TV, ensuring that guests can unwind in their personal space.
Guests will enjoy the luxury of 5.5 bathrooms, including three en-suite options, with the master bedroom boasting a spacious en-suite featuring both a bath and a separate shower. Additional bathroom facilities are conveniently located, including a downstairs WC. As a Superhost with two decades of hosting experience, I strive to ensure that every guest has a memorable stay. Our house rules are straightforward: check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM, with no smoking permitted indoors. Families and pets are welcome, but we do not accept bookings for hen or stag parties due to noise considerations. The option to hire a hot tub is available for adults only at an additional cost, and we kindly ask that the house is maintained in good condition to avoid any deposit forfeiture. Located in the Fenham neighborhood, guests can explore nearby attractions such as Seven Stories, Quayside, and the Great North Museum-Hancock, making this property a perfect base for your Newcastle adventure.
