Accommodating up to ten guests, the property boasts four well-appointed bedrooms, including a super king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, two additional king-size double bedrooms (one also featuring an en-suite), and a family room equipped with four single beds and its own dressing room and en-suite. The farmhouse is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring a family bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen with a dining area, a utility room, and a cozy sitting room complete with a woodburner.
Outside, guests can enjoy ample off-road parking for up to four cars, a well-maintained lawn, and a patio area that includes a private hot tub, outdoor furniture, and a gas barbecue, making it an ideal space for relaxation and social gatherings. Additionally, there is a shared picnic bench area by the nearby stream, enhancing the outdoor experience. The property is equipped with modern amenities, including biomass eco central heating with underfloor heating on the ground floor, an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridges, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, and WiFi, ensuring a comfortable stay.

While the property is a tranquil retreat, it is conveniently located near local amenities, with shops and pubs just 2.5 miles away and a café within an eight-minute walk. It is important to note that the property has specific guidelines, including a no pets and no smoking policy, and guests are advised to supervise children near the unfenced stream. A refundable good housekeeping bond of £250 will be pre-authorized upon booking, and due to enhanced cleaning measures, the hot tub will not be available for use from 12:30 PM on the last full day of the stay. Guests are also reminded to bring their own towels, as they are not provided at the property.
