Puffin Cottage Holidays invites guests to experience The Priory, a stunning Grade II Listed manor house nestled in Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire, Wales. This impressive accommodation boasts a prime location overlooking the picturesque Pembrokeshire Coast and is just a short stroll from the village center, harbor, and its award-winning beach. The Priory's extensive and meticulously maintained grounds offer breathtaking views of the bay, making it an ideal base for exploring the numerous attractions that Pembrokeshire has to offer.
Upon arrival, guests are greeted by an elegant gated entrance and a circular driveway that accommodates up to six cars, creating a sense of grandeur. The interior features a spacious hallway that leads to various living areas, showcasing the exquisite design and décor characteristic of a Georgian manor. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting area is equipped with modern amenities, including a central kitchen island, a gas AGA, an electric cooker, and an American fridge freezer. This inviting space is perfect for cooking, relaxing, and entertaining, with double doors that open to a bright orangery that offers stunning sea views and access to a terrace with garden furniture and a BBQ.
The drawing room provides a tranquil retreat for guests, complete with a large wood burner for cozy evenings spent reading or playing board games. This room can also connect to a separate dining area that overlooks the bay and leads to the garden, enhancing the overall experience of the stunning surroundings. The upper level features a landing with a window seating area and several bedrooms, including two king-size bedrooms and a single bedroom, all designed for comfort and relaxation. The master bedroom, with its bay window capturing coastal views, includes an adjacent master bathroom, although the corner bath is currently out of order. Additional bedrooms and a shower room are located on the upper floors, accommodating larger groups comfortably.
Modern conveniences such as a DVD player, WiFi, a utility room with laundry facilities, and a full surround sound music system enhance the stay at The Priory. Linen and towels are provided, though guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. The property is pet-friendly, allowing well-behaved dogs (maximum of two, for an additional fee), making it a perfect getaway for families. A damage deposit is required, and guests can enjoy flexible booking options for mid-week and weekend breaks.
