The Owls at Oxley consists of two barn conversions namely Little Owl and Barn Owl. They are modern, contemporary and in a fascinating location on the Suffolk coast namely Shingle Street. This historic location is enjoyed by many people including windsurfers, walkers and bird watchers and if all booked together sleep 10. Fantastic facilities include a solar-warmed plunge pool which is available May-September and a large games barn complete with communal dining area.
Little Owl (sleeps 4)

Size:  Sleeps up to 4, 2 bedrooms
Pets:  1 well-behaved dog allowed in each barn. Dogs must not be left unattended and not to be allowed on furniture or in bedrooms.
Rooms:  2 bedrooms (1 with en-suite), family bathroom, hall, open plan living/dining/kitchen area
Beds:  1 king-size double bed, 2 single beds
General:  Woodburner (logs provided), underfloor heating, HD TV
Utilities:  Electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. (2 washing machines, tumble dryer in laundry room)

Barn Owl (sleeps 6)

Size:  Sleeps up to 6, 3 bedrooms

Pets:  1 well-behaved pet allowed
Rooms:  3 bedrooms (1 with en-suite and 1 ground floor), family bathroom, hall,  open plan living/dining/kitchen area
Beds:  1 king-size double, 3 single beds, 1 pull-out single bed
General:  Woodburner (logs provided), underfloor heating, HD TV
Utilities:  Electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. (2 washing machines, tumble dryer in laundry room)
Standard: Kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, clothes airer

Nearest beach: Ten minute walk. Nearest amenities:  Less than 4 miles Parking:  Off-road parking for 4 cars and additional parking for dinghies, horseboxes etc on request Please note:  There are a few barn cats at Oxley so please do not allow in properties or let children stroke them. Smoking is not allowed. Please note that this property is suitable for family holidays and celebrations rather than group parties or hens and stags.  If you would like to discuss your particular requirements though then the owners will be happy to speak with you - just let us know. WiFi: Available but patchy reception so do not rely on for work, games or downloading Outside:  BBQ (initial fuel provided) , plunge pool available May - October, small lawned area, further seating areas with furniture, open shingle area, bike storage. Hot tub hire: guests can directly hire and pay for a hot tub via one of these two companies, Norfolk Suffolk Hot Tubs or Suffolk Hot Tubs. A separate charge of £25 for a weekend booking or £35 for a week for heating the tub is payable to the owners during your stay.  The owners should be notified of any hire so they can facilitate access and setup.
Electric car charging is possible with an extra charge paid at the time of the stay, direct to the owner, according to use.
