The property is conveniently located within walking distance of the local gastro-pub, The Dabbling Duck, in Great Massingham, enhancing the overall experience for guests.

The Owl House is part of the Hill Farm Massingham barns, which can be booked individually or in combination with two other properties, Fallow Folly and Red Stag Lodge, accommodating up to 31 guests. The Owl House is particularly noted for its spaciousness and is often referred to as the "entertainment capital" when all three barns are occupied together. Additionally, the property welcomes two dogs for a small extra charge, with the stipulation that they remain on leads due to the presence of deer. Guests have access to shared facilities, including the pool and sauna, and are required to sign a Declaration/Disclaimer upon arrival, ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay in this idyllic setting.
