This holiday home is designed with various luxurious features, including a games room equipped with a full-size table football game and a 5’ pool table, a smart TV, and a PlayStation 4 console. The property also boasts an open fire, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. Guests can enjoy membership at the local golf club for two, enhancing their leisure options. The layout includes an equal bathroom-to-bedroom ratio, ensuring comfort and privacy for all occupants, alongside essential amenities such as gas central heating and modern kitchen utilities.
In terms of practicality, The Old Mill is equipped with a gas Aga, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and an American-style fridge freezer, along with a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. The accommodation features an open-plan kitchen/diner, a sitting room, and multiple bathrooms, including two ensuite options and a family bathroom. Bed linens and towels are provided, and families traveling with young children will appreciate the availability of a high chair and a travel cot (note that bedding for the cot is not included).
Parking is available with two roadside spaces at the rear of the property and one space in the garage, although availability cannot be guaranteed. Additional roadside parking may also be found nearby. Guests are permitted to bring one well-behaved pet into the kitchen/dining room, with prior arrangement and an extra charge. Smoking is not allowed on the premises, and guests will receive detailed travel and key collection instructions upon full payment. Local attractions include St Edmund's Church, Valley Farm Vineyards, and family-friendly activities at Pier and Henstead Exotic Gardens, making The Old Mill an ideal base for exploring the area.
