Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious garden equipped with a lawn, patio, hot tub, and outdoor furniture, making it an ideal spot for leisure and entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, along with a Sage coffee machine and Nutri Bullet for added convenience. Guests can unwind with entertainment options such as a Smart TV featuring Netflix and complimentary WiFi. The property is designed for comfort with underfloor heating and all essential utilities included in the rental price, as well as bed linen and towels. Seastar's outdoor hot tub is available for an additional weekly fee, with specific guidelines for usage and maintenance. The hot tub's water is changed after each guest's stay, requiring at least 24 hours to heat up to a comfortable temperature.
