The ground floor of Old Valley Farm is designed for a seamless self-catering experience, showcasing a bright and spacious kitchen equipped with modern appliances, including an American-style fridge-freezer, Miele dishwasher, and Lavazza espresso machine. This culinary haven features bespoke units and stone worktops, with views of the garden that add to its charm. The kitchen flows into a dining room with French doors leading to the outdoor space, perfect for entertaining up to ten guests. After enjoying a meal, guests can unwind in the cozy sitting room, which boasts exposed beams, a wood-burning stove, and ample seating for relaxation and entertainment, including a large TV and mini chairs for children.
The first floor of the farmhouse is accessible via two staircases, leading to three beautifully decorated bedrooms. Bedroom 1, located in the original part of the house, features a super-king bed and views towards Southwold, along with an en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 also offers stunning views and can be configured as either a super-king or two singles, while Bedroom 3, with twin beds, overlooks the garden.
