Moody House Farm is a detached property resting on the outskirts of Chorley. It comes with four double bedrooms and one twin room which can be zip-linked into a king-size, together sleeping up to 10 people and served by a bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC and two showers room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Downstairs, you will find a kitchen, a utility, a sitting/dining room with woodburning stove, a sitting room with woodburning stove and a games room. Outside, there is off-road parking for up to five cars and a large rear garden with lawn area, patio areas with seating and barbecue, summerhouse with seating. Moody House Farm is a superb retreat to enjoy all year around.
Amenities: Biomass heating and 2 x woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, pool table, TVs and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for up to five cars. Large rear garden with lawn area, patio areas with seating and barbecue, summerhouse with seating. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Sorry, no stag/hen or similar parties allowed. Shop and pub 1.6 miles. Note: Bedroom has a low door frame, please take care. Please note: the hot tub gets drained, cleaned and refilled in between each booking, therefore it might not be up to temperature for the first 24hrs.
