The farmhouse is easily accessible, being just over an hour from Edinburgh Airport and 95 minutes from Glasgow, and it offers good public transport links, including a bus service that connects to St Andrews and nearby Leuchars train station.

Guests at Monksholm House have full access to the property, with the exception of a few locked storage cupboards. Amenities such as Wi-Fi, a television, and cooking implements are available for use. While the property offers substantial private space, it’s important to note that an adjoining annexe may be occupied at certain times, meaning the entire grounds are not exclusively for one group. Upon booking confirmation, guests will receive instructions for a self-check-in process, allowing for a flexible arrival time after 4 PM. Early check-in is available for an additional fee, but access prior to this time is not permitted.
