The house features a six-seater hot tub that overlooks the stunning scenery, including The Island, Godrevy Lighthouse, and the North Cornwall coast. Its prime location allows guests to enjoy a 10-15 minute walk to Porthmeor Beach and access to the numerous excellent restaurants in St Ives.
The design of Boscarne maximizes natural light with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and bifold doors, allowing guests to soak in the sun or witness dramatic weather changes from the comfort of the living space. The ground floor boasts an open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen, all leading to a decked area with the hot tub, seating, and a BBQ. Additionally, there is a ground floor bedroom with an ensuite shower, catering to those with mobility challenges. The first floor features four bedrooms, including a master suite with an ensuite bathroom and access to a balcony, along with a family bathroom and another shower room on the ground floor.
Boscarne is equipped with modern amenities to enhance the guest experience, including an HD projector with a drop-down screen for movie nights, a surround sound system, and a Netflix account. The kitchen is fitted with high-quality appliances, such as a Neff oven, induction hob, and dishwasher, while the utility room offers additional laundry facilities. While Boscarne is a luxurious retreat, it is situated in a residential area, and guests are requested to respect the neighbors by minimizing noise, particularly after 10 PM when using the hot tub. The property is not available for hen or stag parties, college leavers, or similar groups, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere for all. During school holidays, Boscarne is available for weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Guests can explore the surrounding area, which offers a variety of outdoor activities, including windsurfing, sailing, cycling, and horse riding, along with attractions like the St Ives Museum and Paradise Park.
