The Beach House features three spacious double bedrooms, one of which is conveniently located on the ground floor, making it accessible for guests with mobility concerns. Additionally, there is a large quadruple children's room equipped with a single bed, a daybed suitable for younger children, and full-size bunk beds. The immaculate interiors are designed to provide ample space for family gatherings, with the possibility of accommodating cots in two of the double bedrooms. A sunny playroom filled with toys and games offers a perfect space for children to play while adults can unwind on the terrace.
Outdoor living is at the forefront of this property, with a large secure garden that features lawned areas, mature trees, and an expansive decked area designed for entertaining. Guests can enjoy cooking in the built-in wood-fired pizza oven or relaxing at the outdoor dining table under the pergola. For added fun, the garden includes a treehouse, trampoline, and rope swings, ensuring that children have plenty of activities to keep them engaged. Newly built this year, an outdoor cabin provides a cozy lounging area and serves as a 'sleepover den' for kids, complete with power and disco lights, making it a unique glamping experience right in the garden.
West Wittering is not only known for its beautiful beaches but also its proximity to attractions such as Chichester City Centre, Goodwood Racecourse, and the Motor Circuit, making it an excellent base for those attending events at Goodwood. The nearby blue flag beaches are family-friendly, gently shelving and sandy, perfect for children to play. With additional offerings like beach equipment, garden toys, and outdoor seating, this Beach House is the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday, and the hosts prefer a minimum stay of seven nights during school holidays to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.
