Our accommodation makes perfect sense when a large party want to stay together.

We offer three holiday cottages, two of which sleep four people and are dog friendly and one apartment which sleeps two people, but no animals. From your bedroom windows you'll notice farm life with our goats and cows making this a very tranquil place as the sun sets.

Our two-bedroom properties offer two spacious en-suite rooms, one a king sized and one a twin. Downstairs, you will find an open plan kitchen diner, including a dining table to seat four, and a fully equipped kitchen. Alongside a cosy living area, with TV and downstairs WC.

The Patio doors open on to the spacious fenced garden, perfect for evening games, including your own private patio area, with picnic table.

Our one-bedroom apartment is also a spacious king sized property with ensuite and offers a fully equipped kitchen, with views of the farm life too.

Our properties are just 10 miles west of Norwich, 40 minutes from the Norfolk Broads and within an hour’s drive of the North Norfolk coast. These properties can be let out individually or all together, should larger families need them, and we have been known to accommodate wedding parties too.

Alongside the holiday homes our guests benefit from access to our onsite games room, with a very large table tennis table, and free complementary access to Leisure and swimming facilities, which are just 5 mins drive away.

Along with the above we pride ourselves on our on-site farm shop and kitchen, now including our newly launched Deli, Butchery and Bakery. We also stock our very own goats-cheese, which we make on our farm as well as lots of locally sourced products.
