The house was completely rebuilt in 2021 and boasts a split-level design that includes an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that opens onto a balcony, along with a cinema room and a mezzanine games room. Upon entering, guests are greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase breathtaking views of the lake. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including Neff ovens, an American-style fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, and a Nespresso coffee machine, ensuring that guests can enjoy hearty meals together at the rustic dining table that seats ten.
