The accommodation in Wiveton is ideal for families or groups, comfortably sleeping up to ten guests. Set on working farmland, the cottage provides stunning views and ample outdoor space for children and pets to roam freely. Upon entering the property, guests are welcomed into a spacious open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area, which retains many original features, including a beamed ceiling and oak doors leading to a large enclosed courtyard. The inviting lounge is equipped with comfortable seating, a TV, a large wood burner, and a selection of books and games, creating a cozy atmosphere perfect for relaxation.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a large electric range oven, fridge freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze. A utility room houses additional conveniences such as a washing machine and tumble dryer. For families, a dedicated playroom with a TV/DVD and seating provides a safe space for children to enjoy. The ground floor features three cozy bedrooms, including a spacious double room with a king-size bed, another double room with an en-suite shower, and a twin bedroom. Two bathrooms, one with a shower over the bath, ensure ample facilities for guests.
On the first floor, guests will find two additional bedrooms: a large twin room with an en-suite shower and a double room with a super king-size bed and its own en-suite. Outside, the property boasts a walled, enclosed yard complete with a stone terrace, garden furniture, and a BBQ, alongside a large lawn suitable for play and leisure. Parking is available for up to five cars. Guests should be mindful that the property is situated on farmland with livestock, including sheep and pigs, so dogs must be kept under control, especially with the presence of wild deer in the area.
