The inviting hallway, also adorned with a wood burner, leads to a high-end kitchen, complete with a gas AGA, modern appliances, and a lovely dining area that opens onto an outdoor patio, perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh air.
The accommodation comfortably sleeps up to ten guests, with a well-thought-out layout featuring both ground and first-floor bedrooms. The ground floor includes a king-size bedroom with an adjoining W/C and shower. Ascending to the first floor, guests will find the master super king-size room with an en suite bathroom, alongside two additional king-size and super king-size zip-and-link bedrooms, which can be configured as twins upon request. A shared bathroom on this level adds convenience for larger groups, ensuring ample space and privacy for everyone.
Outside, the property offers expansive garden areas with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and Lake Windermere. Guests can unwind in the luxurious hot tub, enjoy al fresco dining with a large gas BBQ, or simply take in the serene environment from the elevated decking area. While the gardens are beautifully designed, they do feature some hilly and rocky terrain, so caution is advised, especially for children.
