The kitchen is a culinary haven equipped with Miele electric ovens, an induction hob, a fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, allowing guests to prepare delightful meals using fresh local seafood. A convenient rear hall provides storage for holiday essentials and leads to the garden and a separate WC.
The property boasts stylish boutique bedrooms spread across two floors, ensuring comfort and a restful night’s sleep for all guests. The first floor features a luxurious master king-size bedroom with river views and an en suite shower room, alongside a second king-size bedroom facing the front of the house, and a third king-size bedroom with a sleigh bed overlooking the rear gardens. A family bathroom, equipped with a slipper bath, separate shower, and WC, completes the first-floor accommodations. Descending to the lower ground floor, guests will find an additional king-size bedroom with an en suite shower and WC, as well as a utility area with a washer/dryer and a spacious games room featuring a pool table.
Outside, the property offers an enclosed garden designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a cedar-clad hot tub (note: children under 12 are not allowed), a patio area with garden furniture, and a BBQ for al fresco dining (please bring your own coals). For convenience, off-road parking for one vehicle is available in the nearby village car park, with additional parking options for extra vehicles at a weekly rate.
