The property features a bright and open-plan kitchen and breakfast room, equipped with modern appliances including an electric oven, multi-function microwave, and a large American-style fridge freezer with an ice-making facility. A utility room provides ample space for storing wet belongings, while the adjacent lounge offers breathtaking views of the River Eden. The interiors blend mid-century furniture with luxurious modern furnishings, creating a comfortable atmosphere complemented by a cozy fireplace and a smart TV. A newly created fire pit and Kadai barbecue area provide an inviting space for evening gatherings, complete with cushions and ambient outdoor lighting. Ample parking is available for up to four cars on the private driveway, ensuring convenience for guests traveling by car.
