This terraced characterful property sits on the edge of this semi rural village of Parkham with its village pub and butchers within walking distance, and the local farm shop around 4 miles away. You are just a short drive from all that North Devon has to offer. Bideford (7.6 miles) has a weekly pannier market, independent shops, and a range of well regarded eateries. Westward Ho! (6.8 miles) has a two mile stretch of sand plus typical seaside amenities, The estuary beach at Instow (9.6 miles) has sand dunes and a selection of bars and restaurants. A small passenger ferry runs seasonally from Instow, across the estuary to the neighbouring fishing village of Appledore, where you can wander the narrow streets and visit the assortment of pubs and bistros plus a bustling quayside. Enter through the front garden and into a spacious entrance hall where there is plenty of space for coats and shoes before exploring the rest of the property. To the left is a lounge with a warming wood burner, Smart TV exposed stonework, comfy sofas and shelves groaning with interesting reading matter.
