This traditional detached farmhouse, part of the Minterne Estate, provides accommodation for up to ten guests and features modern amenities while retaining its historical charm. Upon entering, guests are greeted by a welcoming boot room, perfect for storing muddy footwear after countryside walks. The property includes essential amenities such as a washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer, along with a convenient shower room. The heart of the home is the family kitchen, designed for sociable gatherings, equipped with a range cooker, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. To enhance the homely atmosphere, various essentials like oils, condiments, and breakfast items are provided for guests' convenience.

Guests can enjoy leisurely meals in the spacious dining room, while two cozy reception rooms offer comfortable spaces for relaxation. The snug features an open fireplace, and the bright sitting room is equipped with a TV and a wood burner, with ample firewood provided. The first floor is accessible via two separate staircases and houses five bedrooms, including a super king-size zip-and-link room with an en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, and three double bedrooms sharing a bathroom. One of the double rooms also has two single day beds available upon request, making the farmhouse ideal for families or groups.

Outside, the property boasts a charming enclosed garden adorned with established shrubs and plants, as well as a dining area equipped with a gas BBQ for delightful al fresco meals. Ample off-road parking is available in a shared yard at the rear. A short stroll leads to a shared walled garden adjacent to Minterne House, featuring a lawn tennis court and a heated outdoor pool, open from April to October during designated hours. Additionally, guests have daily access to Minterne Gardens from 10 am to 6 pm, allowing for a comprehensive experience of the area's natural beauty and historical significance.
