Head down to the River Irfon where you can wild swim in deep pools or simply sit by the banks and enjoy the fresh air. Explore on foot or pack your mountain bike and cycle nearby trails including those at Llanwrtyd Wells, 11 miles from your door. Return home and curl up by the wood burner for a quiet night in. This delightful farmhouse is perfect for groups to enjoy a taste of Welsh countryside living. Sitting 20 miles north of Brecon and 20 miles south of the Elan Valley, adventure the day away then kick off muddy boots in the utility room where you can also hang coats and jackets. The kitchen/diner is a large space which is naturally bright and a wonderful space in which to communally cook up a storm. Serve up at the table where plenty of room means all guests can dine comfortably. Exposed beams line the ceiling of the lounge, sit down and relax in front of the warming wood burner or head into the snug and choose a book or a board game to keep you entertained. One accessible bedroom with en suite wet roomon ground floor and four bedrooms are located on the first floor. Climb the stairs and watch out for sloping ceilings as you get ready to settle down to sleep. All rooms have twin beds, three of which can be made up as doubles and of which are treated to en suite bathrooms. The family shower room resides on the first floor, too. Head outside to make the most of warm days and relax in the unfenced garden. Sit with a glass of something cold on the terrace and wait for the BBQ to fire up or lounge on the lawn.
