The cottage is situated on the Fring private estate, providing a tranquil environment perfect for group gatherings or quality family time.

Renovated in 2015, Gardeners Cottage features modern interiors with an inviting open-plan living area that seamlessly connects to the outdoors through large bi-fold doors. The high-end kitchen is equipped with a marbled-topped central island, a five-ring ceramic hob, and an American-style fridge-freezer, catering to all culinary needs. Guests can enjoy meals inside or outside, with ample dining space for up to sixteen people. The cozy living area, complete with comfortable sofas around a wood-burning stove and a wall-mounted television, ensures a warm atmosphere during winter months. Additionally, a snug room provides extra space for relaxation.

The cottage includes a versatile ground-floor bedroom with a double and two single beds, accommodating various guest arrangements. On the first floor, three stylish bedrooms—two king-size and one double—offer generous space, with the master bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom equipped with a roll-top bath and separate shower. A family bathroom is also available, complete with both a bath and a separate shower, ensuring comfort for all guests.

Guests can enjoy the private courtyard and the surrounding formal gardens during their stay, as well as access to the shared tennis court and heated swimming pool, operational from late March to late September. With Brancaster beach and local amenities just a short drive away, along with picturesque country walks nearby, Gardeners Cottage is a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation. For larger groups, the cottage can be booked alongside Park Cottage, collectively known as the Cottages in the Walled Gardens.
