The house has undergone extensive renovations in recent years, blending modern comforts with rustic charm. It features central heating throughout and a multi-fuel fire in the lounge, providing warmth during colder months. The ground floor includes a spacious lounge area with a bay window, a fully fitted kitchen equipped with an American-style fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, as well as a bedroom with a brand-new disabled-friendly en-suite wet room. The conservatory serves as a dining area, comfortably seating ten and featuring air conditioning for year-round comfort.
On the upper floor, guests will find three additional bedrooms, two of which come with en-suite facilities, while the third has a dedicated bathroom located conveniently across the hall. The upstairs rooms are designed to maximize the beautiful mountain views, with two featuring charming bay windows. The property also boasts an established garden complete with a dining area, a fully equipped barbeque and smoker, and a summerhouse currently set up as a gym. An Asian-inspired garden area with a water feature and decking offers serene panoramic views of the Cairngorm range.
