For that added luxury, underfloor heating is provided. Hot tub is not available to visitors and is exclusively for owner use. There is private parking for 4 cars at the front of the property, and a fully enclosed garden. LIVING AREAS Enter the house via the utility room, go through the kitchen and into the spacious hallway with oak staircase to the 1st floor and doors to: Lounge: A large, bright, triple aspect room with comfortable corner leather suite in cream, a 2-seater cream sofa and a matching footstool. Also included in this area are 2 large fluffy beanbags in cream and chocolate brown that you will want to sink into and watch the magnificent wall mounted large 50” plasma TV with surround sound. There is a full Sky package (including Sky sports and Sky movies) and a DVD player. Wireless broadband is also available. A great social space to relax and unwind, enjoy cosy evenings in by the wood-burning stove set on a slate hearth, with a wave-shaped mirror above, in keeping with the name of the house!
