Set on the Hoo Peninsula this property is ideally situated for exploring the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where keen walkers can head onto the Saxon Shore Way straight from the front door. The Heron Cycle Trail is a great way to experience the local scenery and the Dickens Walk around Higham will also take you past Gads Hill Place, the home of Charles Dickens, where tours are available. Explore the local historic towns, most notably Rochester (2.5miles) which has many must see attractions including the Rochester Cathedral, castle and its charming High Street with bars and restaurants. For those looking to venture slightly further afield, within 7 miles you can visit nearby attractions like Diggerland, Cyclopark and St Andrews Lake with water sports available for a great family day out. The front door of the property opens into the light and airy hallway, off from which you will find the games room with its large sofa, smart TV, table tennis and table football, and also a ground floor king size bedroom with an additional single sofa bed for a child.
