Located on the edge of the pretty village of Kirdford this property is in a great location for exploring all that West Sussex has to offer. Petworth House hosts the finest art collection in the care of the National Trust and is a short drive away, and for families a trip to Fishers Farm Park is a must. Keen walkers,and cyclists will love to explore the many footpaths and trails in the local area that lead into the South Down National Park. Slightly further afield are the historic cities of Chichester, with its beautiful cathedral and Arundal with its famous castle, or venture down to the coast at Bognor Regis which offers a traditional seaside day out and a range of sailing and water sports. There is a large dining table with space for ten chairs overlooking the countryside beyond and on sunny days, the bi fold doors can be opened and children will love to roam around the extensive grassland which is directly on your doorstep. Polished wooden stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor where there is a master bedroom suite with a sumptuous super king size bed, a sofa for relaxing and admiring the spectacular view and a decadent en suite bathroom with bath with shower over and WC. The master suite also offers an en suite shower room with walk in shower, and WC. On this floor, there is also a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC, and a further king size bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Steep feature stairs through a door from the king size bedroom lead up into the light filled eaves of the property where there is bedroom with four single beds. Outside, there is a south facing decked area with beanbags, patio table and chairs, and a fire pit for cooler evenings. There is private parking for four cars available.
