Set in an elevated position Le Morne is a recently built large 5 bedroom detached family home with 2 balconies and commands panoramic views over the North Wales coastline, Set in the village of Llanddulas between Abergele and Colwyn Bay with a few minutes walk to the beach, shops and local pubs. Easy access to the A55 with Chester 30mins to the east and Snowdonia and Anglesey 30mins to the west.

Entry to Le Morne is through solid oak double doors which will lead you to the main hallway "The hub of the house" with an oak staircase that guide you to the galleried landing with access to every room.

Ten seater corner suite with swivel chair and foot rest, sea and mountain views to the front elevation. 60" TV with Sky Q Cinema(HD) on demand Netflix etc, inset plasma fire and coffee table.

Games Room

Pool table, variety of board games, desk chair and iPod docking station (portable).

Kitchen/Dining Room/Day Room.

This open plan "Great Room" has a fully equipped state of the art kitchen with built in Neff appliances which include a coffee machine, double oven, microwave, full height fridge, 2 freezers, dishwasher and ceramic hob. A large island with 4 bar stools separates the kitchen with a large dinning table which seats 10 comfortably. The seating area in the day room has a sofa and two chairs, coffee table and a 42"TV with Sky Q Cinema(HD) on demand Netflix etc.

Main Balcony

Leading from the "Great Room" through the bifold doors is the main balcony with built in outside seating area for 10 plus. In addition there's a large table and parasol with subtle planting and colour changing inset mood lighting. This exceptional balcony has panoramic views over the North Wales coastline to the front and to the rear access to the woods and walking paths with calming bird song in the morning and early evening.

Llanddulas

Llanddulas has 1 local pub the valentine very friendly and homely,local newsagents,fish and chip shop, 24 hr fuel station and grocery store, New Indian Restaurant with british dishes available, Tides beach bar and restaurant,Gwrych Castle. route 5 national cycle path are all a short walk from Le Morne.

Abergele

Abergele is a market town with various restaurants take away’s pubs and shops a large Tesco and the renowned Abergele 18 hole golf course,less than 5 mins away by car.

Colwyn Bay/Rhos on Sea

To the west is Colwyn Bay with its new watersports centre with local celebrity chef Bryn Williams bistro/resturant and six million regenerated beach project which completed in 2013. Eirias parc has leisure facilities including swimming pool, bike track leisure centre all 5 mins by car.

Llandudno

Llandudno is the largest town in the area with its famous Victorian promenade, pier with amusements, beach and access to the great and little ormes, ski slope, cable cars that affords you the best views in North Wales. The Victorian built town has many shopping centres and department stores and caters for the discerning visitor all 10 mins by car.

Conwy

The picturesque town of Conwy with its castle, boutique shops and specialised restaurants including Signitures voted the best fine dining in North Wales, cobbled streets, the quay ideal for crabbing and the smallest house in the uk, all 10 mins away by car

Snowdonia

Snowdonia National Park speaks for itself with its amazing walks and scenery, Snowdon mountain railway and the newly opened zipworld, surf snowdonia and bounce below, bodnant gardens, all around 25 mins by car

Located in Abergele, this vacation home is in the mountains and near the beach. Rhyl Pavilion Theatre and Venue Cymru are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Old Colwyn Golf Club and Abergele Golf Club. The Cayley Promenade and Knightly's Funfair are also worth visiting.
