The property boasts a variety of amenities designed for comfort and relaxation, such as a heated outdoor swimming pool, a dry sauna, and stunning direct sea views that enhance the coastal experience.
The villa is thoughtfully equipped for a memorable stay, featuring a large family kitchen complete with two ovens, a hob, a microwave, a washing machine, and a dryer, alongside ample crockery and cooking utensils. The dining area comfortably seats ten, making it ideal for family meals or gatherings. For families traveling with young children, a high chair is available, ensuring convenience for all guests. Additionally, the property includes a wet room, a separate family bathroom, and a downstairs W.C. for ease of access.
Guests can unwind in one of two lounges—one with sea views and the other overlooking the pool—or enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The outdoor space features a charming English garden with several patio areas, two dining spots, and a designated BBQ area, perfect for al fresco dining. It is important to note that the pool is heated seasonally, from early April to the end of October, depending on the weather.
