The ground floor of Hundred House boasts a variety of living spaces, including a large living room with a wood burner and a separate sitting room equipped with a Smart TV. The dining room also features a wood burner, ensuring a warm gathering spot for meals. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric range, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, while a utility room with a washing machine adds convenience. Additionally, the ground floor hosts a unique shower room featuring a steam/hydro shower cubicle, along with a separate toilet for added practicality.
Ascending the winding staircase, guests will find four comfortable bedrooms on the first floor, including a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a king-size bedroom, and a room with three single beds. A fifth bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a zip-and-link super king-size bed that can be converted into twins upon request. The first floor also features a family bathroom and an additional shower room. The property is equipped with oil central heating, and essential amenities such as bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi are included, along with an initial supply of logs for the wood burner.
Outside, Hundred House features a large enclosed lawned garden complete with a patio, garden furniture, firepit, and BBQ, providing ample space for outdoor activities and relaxation. With private parking available for up to five cars, guests can easily explore the surrounding area, which offers numerous walking trails and local attractions.
