Lallybroch, a stunning five-bedroom house located in Stirling, Stirlingshire, offers a unique holiday experience inspired by the beloved TV series, Outlander. The property is named after the fictional estate from the show, and its bedrooms are creatively named after prominent characters: Ferguson, Frazer, Wallace, Campbell, and MacKenzie. This charming steadings conversion is situated on the Kersebonny Carse, just outside Stirling, providing guests with both easy access to local amenities and historic sites, as well as a peaceful retreat amidst picturesque surroundings. The house has been recently modernized and furnished to a high standard, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all visitors.
Spanning three floors, Lallybroch accommodates up to ten guests, featuring ample living and dining spaces. The spacious lounge is a highlight, complete with an open fire, a gas burner log fire, and a large plasma Freeview TV. Patio doors open from this inviting room to a shared rear patio garden, creating an ideal setting for relaxation and socializing. The fully equipped farmhouse kitchen boasts a large dining table that comfortably seats ten, along with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, a range cooker with a five-ring gas hob, two electric ovens, a microwave, and an American-style fridge/freezer. A separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer adds to the convenience of the home.
On the first floor, guests will find three well-appointed bedrooms, including a master king-size en suite with a spacious walk-in drench shower and a large walk-in closet. Additionally, there is another king-size bedroom and a double en suite bedroom on this level. The top floor features two more bedrooms: one king-size and another with zip and link beds, allowing for flexible sleeping arrangements. This floor also includes two bathrooms, each equipped with over-bath showers, providing ample facilities for larger groups.
